General Shipping Information
We treat every order with the utmost care and make sure to process as quickly as possible.
We ship throughout the Auckland area on all products and countrywide for most products depending on size. If a shipping option does not appear at the checkout, please contact us on 09 869 3133 to see if we can make it work.
Standard Orders (excluding BBQs)
Processing/Shipping: Orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received. Large items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
BBQ Delivery or Delivery and Assembly
Some barbeques such as the specialist models of Q, Genesis, Smokefire and Summit ranges are unable to be sold online. If you wish to order these online, please contact the store on 09 869 3133 to arrange purchase to pickup, deliver or delivery and assembly.
Any other products such as accessories, BBQ rubs/sauces and Yeti Products will all be added to the same order.
Delivery Information and Pricing
Auckland Area:
Shipping cost in checkout will increase depending on the size and quantity of items in the order. Maximum of $49 shipping cost in the Auckland Area via “Weber Store Direct Delivery” (excluding BBQs).
- Delivery of Portable Charcoal BBQs (Go Anywhere, Smokey Joe, Jumbo Joe) – $20
- Delivery and Assembly of Portable Charcoal BBQs – $50
- Delivery of Small BBQs (Q, Kettle, Weber Smokey Mountain, Traveler, Pulse Ranges) – $60
- Delivery and Assembly of Small BBQs – $100
- Delivery of Large BBQs (Spirit, Genesis, Summit Charcoal) – $60
- Delivery and Assembly of Large BBQs – $200
- Delivery and Assembly of Summit Gas BBQs and Ranch Kettles are included in price.

Shipping cost in checkout will increase depending on the size and quantity of items in the order.

NOTE:
The total amount of time for order processing, shipping and delivery is dependent upon the following:
- The availability of the product(s) you are ordering
- The day and time your order was received
- A successful payment authorization
- The distance between the delivery address from the warehouse closest to your area
- The carrier(s) delivering the order(s)
Order Tracking
Any orders shipped via standard delivery can be given a tracking number upon request once the package has been shipped.
Cancellation of an order
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before your product has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you can contact us by phone 09 869 3133 or via email sales@bbqcentral.co.nz
Once the order has been confirmed as not shipped a refund will be issued via Stripe Payment into your account.
If an order has already been shipped from the store, please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on change of mind returns.
Returns Policy
We wish that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If that is not the case, please return your item(s) to us and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
- BBQ Central Ltd allows online purchases to be returned or exchanged if you change your mind, receive faulty items or for incorrect size or colour. We happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Unless your item is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must present proof of purchase.
- You will receive your refund by the same method of payment that your purchase was made. No cash refunds will be provided.
Where do I return the product?
- Subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, any products returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchaser’s expense to BBQ Central Ltd.’s physical store, located at 7/86 Lunn Ave, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1072. You can return your purchase in person or via courier with accompanying Invoice as proof of purchase.
Shipping costs
- Your shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is found to be faulty does not meet acceptable quality or does not meet its description.
Faulty items
- Although very rare, if the product you have received is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, we will meet our obligations under both our warranty and the Consumers Guarantees Act, we will also refund the shipping costs for the entire order.
