Taking Rotisserie Chicken to the Next Level!

How good is rotisserie chicken on the grill? Well even better when you drizzle on some Olive Black olive oil and flavour with Weber’s Barbeque seasoning! This amazing blend of spices delivers a nice savoury flavour with a touch of warmth, while the high quality olive oil enhances the meat further.

To prepare, truss the chicken using butcher twine and then lightly coat with Olive Black olive oil and season with Weber BBQ seasoning.

Secure the chicken to the rotisserie and roast over indirect medium heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from the BBQ when the internal temperature reaches 71 degrees C and leave to rest for 15 minutes. During this resting time the internal temperature will continue to increase to 74 degrees C.
